Our work spans operations, logistics, finance, and automation, typically across multiple client teams (ops, IT, data, product, execs).

We’re hiring a hybrid delivery + product + account owner who ensures projects ship on time, generate clear value, and expand into follow-on work.

The Role

You own delivery, client alignment, product outcomes, and account growth for a set of strategic customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead recurring client touchpoints, keep stakeholders aligned, and build trusted relationships across operators and executives.
• Unblock delivery by chasing data, access, and approvals and keeping scope, timelines, and expectations tight.
• Coordinate closely with engineering/AI teams on sprint planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Translate business goals into clear requirements, success metrics, and product decisions; ensure shipped features drive real adoption and value.
• Maintain crisp documentation of requirements, decisions, risks, and action items.
