We blend microservice architecture, cloud-native tooling, and LLM integrations to deliver real-time insights for Fortune 1000 clients. We’re looking for a Founding Software Engineer to shape the core backend, own system scalability, and (when needed) jump into our React frontend.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Scale Microservices
  • Design REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and background workers.
• Optimize Datastores
  • Own Postgres/pgvector, caching layers, and data partitioning for high throughput.
• Integrate LLM Pipelines
  • Expose document chunks to LLMs, manage prompt/response flows, and handle evaluations.
• Maintain Cloud Infrastructure
  • Deploy on AWS (EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, KMS), automate with Terraform, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana or other tools (TBD).
• Contribute to Frontend (Nice-to-Have)
  • Implement or tweak React components to unblock product releases.
• Champion Engineering Best Practices
  • CI/CD, code reviews, unit + integration tests, performance profiling.

Must-Have Experience

✅ 5**+ years** building and scaling production backends (Python, Go, or TypeScript).

✅ AI-native (Cursor user)
